Return and Replacement Policy
At Manodu we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Our return and replacement policies are designed to be fair, transparent, and customer centric. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
1. The orders cancelled before shipping only are eligible for total refund.
2. The item must be in unused and in resellable condition to facilitate a smooth return process. In cases where a return is initiated, refunds will be issued based on the product's purchase price, after deducting our shipping costs. For B2B (Business to Business) orders, a nominal charge of 100 pounds per pallet, plus VAT, will also be applied and for B2C (Business to Customer) orders, we kindly ask our valued customers to cover the shipping fee.
4. The customer must take photos and unboxing Videos of the items for any kind of Refund or Replacement and send us contact@manodu.co.uk within 24 hours from the day of delivery.
5. The item must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer support team at contact@manodu.co.uk to request a return authorization. Please include your order number and a detailed reason for the return.
2. Our team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
3. Pack your item securely in the original packaging and ship it to the provided return address.
Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item and perform a comprehensive evaluation, we will promptly provide you with feedback regarding the approval or status of your refund request. If your return is approved, we will immediately initiate the refund process, ensuring that a credit is seamlessly applied to your original method of payment.
Replacement Policy:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with Photos and unboxing videos of the item. We will arrange for the return of the item if that item is eligible for return and send you a replacement.
Shipping Costs:
In adherence to our policy, shipping costs for returns are non-refundable. As our valued customer, we do appreciate your understanding that you are responsible for the return shipping expenses unless the return is required by an error on our part or a product that arrives in a less than perfect condition.
Proof of Postage:
Please obtain proof of postage when returning items. This can be done in the form of a receipt which will be given to you on request at your local post office or couriers. In the event of an item being lost or damaged on its way back to us, we want to bring to your attention that we may not be held responsible for these circumstances. Consequently, we would regrettably be unable to issue refunds or credits on this basis. Your cooperation in ensuring the safe return of items is greatly appreciated.
To modify/ Cancel your order:
Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be dispatched on the same day. To provide our customers with the flexibility to modify or cancel their orders and receive a full refund, we kindly request that any changes or cancellations be requested before 12:00 PM.
Please note that we work in collaboration with third-party delivery partners for the transportation of your items. Once these partners pick up the items from our warehouse, they will take charge of the dispatch process. If a cancellation request is made after the third-party delivery partner has collected the items from our warehouse, there will be a cancellation fee of £100 per pallet, plus applicable VAT.
